NDIS support across the City of Canada Bay

Registered NDIS provider in Canada Bay

Local disability support across the City of Canada Bay, from the apartment towers at Rhodes and Breakfast Point to the older cottages of Concord, Drummoyne and Five Dock. It is a small council with very different streets, and we plan support around the real business of getting there, from tower lifts to ferry timetables and tight parking.

Getting there

A small council with very different front doors

Canada Bay packs a lot of different housing into a short stretch of the Parramatta River. Rhodes and Breakfast Point are high-rise, with secure lifts, visitor parking and building managers to work around. A few minutes away, Concord and Five Dock are streets of single homes where the challenge is closer to finding a park than finding a lift.

Support only works if the worker can actually get to you on time, so we treat access as part of the plan. For a tower, that means knowing the visitor entry and lift, and for a cottage it means allowing for parking and traffic around the Bay Run at busy times.

None of this is complicated, but ignoring it is how shifts run late. We would rather sort it out once at the start.

Local knowledge

Across Canada Bay and Drummoyne

The council runs along the water from Drummoyne and Russell Lea through Five Dock and Concord to the newer towers at Rhodes, Wentworth Point across the bay and Breakfast Point. Several suburbs are reached as easily by ferry as by car, and the foreshore path ties them together.

We plan around that. For waterfront and island-style pockets we build in realistic travel time, and where the ferry is genuinely the best way to get somewhere, we use it rather than pretending the car park will be free.

The difference

The same team, whatever your building

Whether you are on the twentieth floor at Rhodes or in a cottage in Concord, you get the same small group of workers who learn your routine and your building. Consistency is what makes support feel like help rather than a parade of strangers.

Canada Bay is a mixed and increasingly multicultural part of the inner west, so we match workers on language, gender and cultural background where that matters, and we keep support discreet in buildings where everyone knows everyone.
