Just starting, or moving between areas?
If you have a new plan, are switching provider, or are moving to a different suburb, you do not need to work it out alone. Tell us where you are heading and what is in your plan, and we will let you know how we can support you there.
- Moving suburb. We can often keep your support going as you move within our Sydney or Melbourne coverage.
- New plan. We will walk through what your funding can cover before anything is agreed.

How do I find NDIS support in my suburb?

What if my suburb is not listed on its own?
That is normal. We have grouped suburbs into their local council area to keep things simple. Your suburb is almost certainly covered by one of the council pages above. If you are not sure which one, call us or send an enquiry and we will confirm.
Do you have an office in my area?
We are a service based provider, which means our workers travel to you at home and in the community. Our registered office is in Derrimut in Victoria, and our Sydney support is arranged by phone and in person with local workers. We will never invent a local shopfront we do not have.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider, number 4-L7JCZ6S. That means we are held to the NDIS Practice Standards and the Quality and Safeguards Commission across every area we serve.
What does support cost?
We give a free quote with no call-out fee, and our support is fixed price in line with the current NDIS price guide. You will know what a service costs before it starts.
Which parts of my plan can I use here?
You can use us for our four core supports: assist with personal activities, household tasks, community participation and nursing care. If you are not sure what your plan covers, we are happy to talk it through first.
