NDIS Assist Personal Activities
Help with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication prompts and getting ready for the day, delivered the way you want it done.
Personal care supportDisability support services matched to your language, gender preference, culture and daily routine. We are a registered NDIS provider covering Melbourne and Sydney, and we will tell you straight whether we are the right fit before you sign anything.
Most people do not leave an NDIS provider because of the service list. They leave because the person turning up does not understand them. A participant who prays five times a day needs a worker who knows to schedule around it. A woman who wants female only personal care should not have to ask twice. Someone whose first language is Arabic or Urdu should not have to translate their own care instructions.
So we treat matching as the actual job. Before we roster anyone, we ask what matters to you, then we find someone who fits. If the fit is wrong, we change the worker, not your expectations.
Tell us what you needFour core supports, plus specialist options for in home care, culturally responsive support and home upkeep. Each page explains exactly what is included, who it suits and what it does not cover, so you can work out whether to enquire before you call.

Home and garden upkeepAhsan Care Provider was built by people who understand what it is like to explain your own culture to a service provider. Halal meal preparation done properly. Prayer times treated as fixed points in the day. Female workers for female participants where that matters. Ramadan schedules adjusted without a debate. Family involved in the way your family actually works.
This is not an add on for us and it is not a marketing line. It is why most of our participants came to us in the first place.
Muslim NDIS provider supportProvider websites tend to describe supports as a list of tasks. Here is what participants and families tell us actually changes once the right supports are in place.
Showering, dressing and getting out the door happen on a schedule that works, with someone who knows how you like things done and does not need reminding every visit.
Laundry, dishes, floors and bathrooms get handled before they become overwhelming. For a lot of people this is the single support that makes staying at home viable.
When paid supports cover personal care and household tasks, partners and adult children stop being unpaid carers and get the relationship back.
Community participation supports build a routine outside the house. Not activities picked from a brochure, activities you were already interested in.
Regular nursing and support visits mean skin integrity, medication and continence concerns get noticed and escalated before they become hospital admissions.
Consistent workers who know your routine mean you are not re-explaining your own care plan to a stranger every fortnight.
Five steps from first call to first shift. Nothing is charged until a service agreement is signed, and you can stop at any point.
Call 0433 650 084 or send the form. Tell us your suburb, what supports you are after and how your plan is managed.
We talk through your goals, routine, cultural and language preferences, and what is actually funded in your plan. No cost, no obligation.
We put forward a worker who fits your criteria and availability. You meet them before anything is locked in.
Supports, hours, rates and cancellation terms in writing, priced within the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, before the first shift.
Then we review it. A few weeks in we check what is working and what is not. Timing wrong, tasks not quite right, worker not the right fit, all of it is adjustable. Support that never gets reviewed is support that slowly stops fitting.
Our office is in Derrimut and Melbourne is our primary service area. We also support participants across Sydney. If your suburb is not listed, call and ask, coverage changes as our team grows and we will give you a straight answer either way.

There are hundreds of NDIS providers in Melbourne and most of their websites read identically. Registered, person centred, passionate about care. None of that tells you whether they can actually staff your suburb on a Tuesday morning.
These are the questions that separate NDIS service providers in Melbourne from each other, whether you are looking at NDIS support providers for daily living, NDIS home care providers for in home routines, or NDIS personal care providers for hands on assistance. Ask us the same ones, and hold us to the answers.
| Ask this | Why it matters | What a straight answer sounds like |
|---|---|---|
| Are you registered, and what is your provider number? | Registered providers are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. NDIA managed participants can only use registered providers. | A number you can look up on the NDIS Commission register, given without hesitation. |
| Who exactly will be coming to my home? | Some providers subcontract heavily, so the person you meet is not the person who turns up. | A named worker, their screening status, and a meet and greet before you commit. |
| What happens if the worker is not right? | Mismatch is the most common reason supports fail. The answer tells you how the provider handles being told something is wrong. | A clear process to change workers, without penalty and without you having to justify it. |
| Can you actually staff my suburb, and when? | Plenty of providers claim statewide coverage and then cannot roster your area for months. | A realistic start date tied to your specific suburb, or an honest no. |
| How do you handle language, gender and cultural preferences? | If this is treated as a special request rather than a normal part of matching, it will not be delivered consistently. | Specific examples, not the phrase "we are inclusive". |
| What is in the service agreement about cancellations? | Short notice cancellation charges are set out in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and vary in how providers apply them. | The terms shown to you in writing before you sign, not after your first invoice. |

You are not routed through a call centre. The person who sets up your supports is the person you can call when something needs changing.
We charge within the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Free consultation, no call out fee, and your service agreement is written before anything starts.
Self managed, plan managed and NDIA managed participants are all welcome. We will walk you through how invoicing works for your plan.

ndiscommission.gov.auThe NDIA provider finder lets you search registered providers by support type and location. Use it to see who else covers your suburb, then ask all of us the same questions from the comparison table above.
ndis.gov.auOur Google Business Profile. Anything there is published on a platform we do not control and cannot edit, which is exactly why it is worth more than a quote we typed onto our own website.
google.comAsk us for the NDIS Worker Screening clearance of the specific person coming to your home, and for the Ahpra registration details of your nurse if you are using nursing supports. We will give you both, and you can verify them yourself.
